It surely is no news that Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice has become a cult classic since its 1988 release. While the original movie was an unexpected hit, the 2024 sequel, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, has been just as well- received. The original supernatural comedy follows the story of Adam and Barbara Maitland, a recently deceased couple whose lives get a lot more interesting after they die in an accident. Things really begin to take off when the Deetz family moves into their home, and the Maitlands, now ghosts, do everything they can to scare them away. When their haunting attempts fail miserably, they turn to a chaotic bio- exorcist poltergeist named Betelgeuse, in order to get rid of the intruders.
