Hello food lovers! Moldovan Meatballs are here. In this video, you will learn my version of meatballs with mashed potatoes, or better said, large Moldovan meatballs.
Maybe it's not the original recipe for Moldovan Meatballs with pork, but it's better than the original, and I say that without being immodest.
If you prefer, you can bake these Moldovan meatballs in the oven, and I assure you they will turn out amazing.

Ingredients:
1.5 kg of pork or a combination of pork/beef (70% - 30%);
3 medium onions;
4 boiled potatoes with skin;
1 clove of garlic;
1 level tablespoon of pepper;
1 tablespoon of salt;
5-6 whole eggs (approximately 2 eggs per kg of meat);
200-250g of breadcrumbs;
1 bunch of dill;
1 bunch of parsley;
2 medium to large carrots;
1/2 liter of oil for frying;
