INGREDIENTS:
For the Powder:
Coriander seeds – 5 Teaspoons
Dry red Chilly – 6 Nos.
Fenugreek – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – 2 teaspoons
Toor dal – 2 teaspoons
Asafoetida – ½ a teaspoon
For the Gravy:
Idhayam sesame Oil – 50 ml
Tamarind – 1 Lemon Sie
Turmeric Powder – ½ a teaspoon
Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons
Sundakkai Vathal – 30 grams
Peeled Garlic – 30 grams
Peeled shallot (Small Onion) – 30 grams
Salt – To taste
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Dry Red Chilli – 2 Nos.
Fenugreek – 1 teaspoon
