芙蓉是華人的主要傳統聚居地之一，到70年代時華人仍占芙蓉區人口的多數，為當地主要族裔之一。華裔之間多以華語和粵語交談。現在芙蓉市華人的比例是約45%。
Seremban is one of the main traditional settlements of Chinese people. By the 1970s, Chinese people still accounted for the majority of the population in Seremban District and were one of the main ethnic groups in the area. Chinese people mostly talk in Chinese and Cantonese. The proportion of Chinese in Furong City is now about 45%.
