I get my best cleaning done in the morning when I am energized and ready to take on the day. I love starting my day off with a clean home and no with 4 kids it doesn't stay that way for long. By the end of the night dishes are piled up again and the living room is all in disarray, but as a mom of 4 you take on the roll of dishes, laundry, cooking, repeat. Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

*1 1/2 cups pancake mix ( The one you just add water to)
water/ milk unitl its a smooth consistency and easy to pour into a mini muffin pan
Add your mini chocolate chips and stir together
Bake on 325 for 15 min
