Bahia Principe Grand Tulum is an All Inclusive Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The resort is located 96 km (59.65 mi) or 1 h 20 min away from Cancun International Airport. The resort caters to families and has 758 rooms set among lush greenery. The nature at this resort is stunning, and the gardeners are doing an incredible job of caring for it. We spent Christmas at this resort and had a fantastic time. Everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. Hats off to the animation team; they are simply amazing and will put a smile on your face even if there is no sun outside😊. Additionally, the resort created several nesting sites for turtles who visit the sand dunes. The resort is doing an excellent job of helping to increase the turtle’s population. The beach itself is also good for people looking for some sun, but swimming in some areas is difficult due to the numerous rocks and corals beneath the water; in the video, you will see the finest place to swim and relax on the beach. The resort has several swimming pools to suit everyone's needs, ranging from a quiet pool to a party pool. We are huge beach lovers who frequently swim in the sea, so we will probably recommend this resort to people who prefer to spend most of their time in the swimming pools and only visit the beach a few times during their vacation.

Our personal views on the resort's advantages and disadvantages;

Advantages:

Professional and responsive staff
Nature is breathtaking with lots of small animals (Agouti, Nasua, Iguanas, etc)
Very safe for vacationers
All the facilities were working fine
Beachfront
Happy animation team
Online check-in and Check-out (if you sign in online when you book)
Lots of space for walking
Fast and reliable internet
Great value for money


Disadvantages:
Rocky beach in some of the areas
Tasty food but repetitive (just a few days)
To replace the bed linens, simply place them on the floor; otherwise, they will not be changed.
