A new bill has reached the Canadian Senate which if it goes through will make it next to impossible for the issue to be on the table in future trade negotiations. Amanda Lang speaks with Martha Hall Findlay, the Director of the School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary about why that’s a big problem for Canada.
