舞踏の基本トレーニングを紹介し『北斎漫画』をモチーフにした踊りに発展させていくこのプログラムは「自分の体を水の入った袋とイメージする」ことから始めます。舞踏に興味がある方はもちろん、運動不足で体を動かしたい方やダンスが苦手な方も自分のペースで進めることができます。
おおまかな流れ（※毎回基礎と復習から始まるので、途中からの参加でも問題ありません。）

DAY 1: 舞踏の基本的な考え方を紹介。空っぽの袋としての体。

DAY 2: 舞踏の特徴的な「型」の紹介。袋にいろいろ入れてみる。『北斎漫画』も。
◯
DAY 3: 動かされる袋。情念によって内側から変化する袋。環境に影響される袋。
◯
DAY 4: 『北斎漫画』を題材にした振付の一部を紹介。一緒に踊ってみましょう。
4回通しての参加をおすすめしますが1回のみの参加も歓迎。希望者は11月に開催される舞踏公演「そぞろ」に参加可能です。

Unleash Your Imagination with Butoh! Let's dance in the World of Hokusai Manga.
This program introduces Butoh and develops it into choreography inspired by 'HOKUSAI MANGA'. Enjoy a new experience through unique Basic training in which you imagine your body as a bag of water. For all levels and beginners are welcome.
While we recommend attending all four sessions, you are welcome to join even for just one. Participants also have the opportunity to perform in the Butoh performance "So Zo Ro" in November.

🌊The flow of the workshop
(*Each workshop will begin with a review of the basics, so there is no problem if you start in the middle of the workshop).

DAY 1: Introduction to the basic ideas of butoh. The body as an empty bag.
◯
DAY 2: Introduction to the characteristic “kata” of butoh. Putting various things in the bag. Also “Hokusai Manga”.
◯
DAY 3: The bag that is moved. A bag that changes from the inside according to emotion. A pouch that is influenced by its environment.
◯
DAY 4: Introduce some of the choreography based on “Hokusai Manga”. Let's dance together.
