LONG HAIR over a chair and showing the full length...see the ends? Ends are 10-11 years old.
I have been trimming and maintaining for years now. The brush is a tangle teezer with handle.
BUT....I don't believe in 100 strokes a day theory at all...not going to do all that wear and tear by brushing excessively like I have seen here on youtube. If I want oils on the ends I put some coconut oil on my hair. My main tool is a wide tooth comb. No more BBB for me since 2017 when I quit using all animal products (Boar Bristle Brush)
My hair is 70" here and this was filmed in September 2023...its now 71" and near floor.

Just imagine 100 strokes a day...thats about 3,000 strokes a month!
36,000 a year!
Or 200 per day...thats around 6,000 a month.
72,000 strokes a year...my hair would be shredded!
The less i handle my hair the better...I also stretch washes to once a week and use gentle
high quality Purology shampoo and a deep conditioner by L'Oreal. More hair care on my website.
