Yakuza Kiwami’s platinum is an absolute grind to get 100% completion. But I already knew that going into this, as I’ve now platinum’d the game twice. After beating it for my second time though, it made me wonder… How does the remake compare to the original Yakuza?

The original Yakuza actually doesn’t have a platinum since trophies didn’t exist until the PS3, so in this video I’ll be getting the platinum for both Yakuza Kiwami and the HD remaster on the PS3. The remaster is in Japanese only, which means I also had to play the English dubbed version on the PS2, bringing the grand total of times I’ve beaten this game beginning to end to 6.
