Another running video of the LNER A1 "Great Northern". If you have seen the previous video of this locomotive, you'll have seen the mangled condition it arrived in. Since the initial video, I've done some more work on the locomotive, including service to the mechanism, some boiler alignment and strengthening, and a few other odds and ends I've noticed needed to be tweaked or aligned after the repairs. I also dropped on a pair of Modelu's excellent lamps for this video.

The A1 is seen here coupled to the new(er) Hornby LNER teak coaches, which are beautifully made and really compliment whatever is pulling them.
