Ingredients

2 potatoes cut in small cubes
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt
4-5 green chillies chopped
Water 4-5 tbsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp

Method

Fry potatoes in oil for a few minutes
Add salt, green chillies and black pepper and mix
Add water and cover the pan for 5-10 minutes
Cook on a low flame until potatoes are done
Enjoy with roti!
