Here's a fun slackline balance for you to play with, Asym Sit. Work both sides of the body with this challenging but obtainable slackline pose. We'll provide useful information to help you find success.
** I mention in the video having the weighted foot around 45 degrees. This is an approximation and I recommend you play with the angle of the foot to find what best works for you.
