Waking up early is the toughest for a person who wake up in the afternoon😭 What can i do to feel more awake in the morning??
1: Morning run 🏃♀️
2: Stretching +  meditation 🧘♀️
3: Establish a consistent wake up time⏰
3: Have a lovey breakfast
4: Hydrate right away!!💦
5: Splash cold water on your face
Here are some ways that helps me to wind down:
1: Turn down your light a hour before bed💡
2: Limited screen time 📱🚫
3: reading (choose a boring book📖 )
4: Gentle Stretching 🙆♀️
5: Journaling 💓
