This is the Pop'n Music version of will by NAOKI played in EX difficulty. The genre is ホッテストパーティー (Hottest Party) which, in a sense, came from the Wii version of the game. I've seen many people play this song (and in this difficulty) and I love watching it.

Me? I can only full combo Normal difficulty. I suck at EX mode. Blah.
