Both Great Speakers for their Price but which one is right for you?

In this video I would make a full sound test comparison between "The EV ELX 112P" by Electro Voice and "The Box Pro DSP 112" by Thomann.

These are 12 inch speakers with a price that would want you to really consider which you would buy. The EV ELX 112P active speaker is currently being sold for £480 with a 2 year guarantee and the Box Pro DSP 112 is being sold for £197 (now £159) with a 3 year guarantee. Also something to note is the EV ELX 12 inch speaker has a power rating of 1000 watts (peak) and the Thomann Box Pro DSP 112 has a power rating of 1200 watts (peak) 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐲 𝐢𝐭 https://www.thomann.de/gb/the_box_pro.... Now I am not someone that dwells a lot on the "wattage" rating of speakers, however you should know both speakers are fighting their corners with everything they have got.

I would also run both speakers in full range sound mode and I would test and adjust all the equalizer controls for the Low, Mid and High on my controller. This would give us the chance to hear and made an informed decision of how each of the active speakers would perform when in that sound range at your event.
