I felt to share our journey to Spain...this has been done from my perspective ...broken into chapters..this being the first.
This has been an opportunity to reflect on the past and what led us to Spain. A chance to process some things we never had time to do before.
My life and health have changed a lot so this is kind of going through it again...because at the time trauma can be so hard to deal with..
