Incomplete Subclavian Steal || Ultrasound || Doppler || Case 241

Clinical Features:
An elderly male cardiac patient came for routine neck vessel Doppler assessment prior to CABG.

Ultrasound Features:
Alternating forward and reverse flow directions are noted during each cardiac cycle in the right vertebral artery with sticking deceleration of velocity in mid or late systole indicating high-grade stenosis of right subclavian artery suggesting partial or ‘incomplete’ steal.
