I took the Kobe City Bus route 96, which is the shortest route, and looked into how long it would take and what the fare would be if I used other means of transport.
Depending on where you're going, it can be inconvenient or expensive, so I looked into it.
Also, if there are any routes that are shorter than this, I'll keep looking into them.
