Just WATER + FLOUR = You will be surprised how EASY it is to cook! Puff pastries in a pan

Yummy out of nothing - that's what I call these cakes, it's very tasty to serve them with jam for tea or cook instead of bread. The cakes are very flaky, crispy and delicious!

To cook puff pastry in a pan:
Flour - 300 g
Warm water - 200-220 g (we focus on the consistency of the dough)
Salt - 0.5 tsp with a slide
Sugar - 1 tsp with a slide
Vegetable oil for greasing the dough
A little starch

1. Add salt, sugar, water to the flour. Knead a soft pliable dough. Divide into 5 parts, grease each ball with vegetable oil, cover with cling film, leave to rest for 15 minutes.
2. Lubricate the surface with vegetable oil, stretch each ball with your hands as thinly as possible, you can roll it out with a rolling pin. Lubricate with vegetable oil, lightly sprinkle with starch, turn the edges to the center. We turn the resulting rectangle into a roll, and the roll into a snail.
3. Roll out the snail into a cake with a thickness of about 0.5 cm and fry on both sides over medium heat until fully cooked (about 3 minutes on each side).
