Hilda tells Elsie that Ivy Tilsley doesn't want her to be godmother to baby Nick (or Nicky as he was known). Elsie becomes enraged and literally drags Hilda to the Rovers to see Ivy. Elsie and Ivy argue, Ivy doesn't approve of Elsie's lifestyle. The argument is stopped by Annie Walker and Elsie walks out.

Love these scenes. Lynne Perrie and Pat Phoenix were good friends in reality, Lynne worshipped Pat.
