We recently lost someone very dear to us. We have found great comfort in being creative and sharing. Now is a time to heal and find balance. What better way than to create a series to activate, heal, balance and cleanse the Chakras?

We very much look forward to the magnificent colours of Autumn here in England. Nature never fails to bless, renew, rejuvenate and nourish. ❤️

Muladhara or the Root Chakra is one of the 7 primary Chakras and is located at the base of the spine at the perineum.

The Root Chakra is the foundation of the physical structure of the body and provides the link between our energetic system and the physical world, it gives us life force energy. It is associated with the Earth element which is linked to security, feelings of belonging, being connected, grounded, balanced and confident. It connects us the the energy of the Earth.

If our Root Chakra is out of balance we might feel unsafe and disconnected, we might have feelings of stress and anxiety.

Balancing the Root Chakra can remove negative thought patterns and feelings of fear, shame and guilt which get trapped when the Root Chakra is blocked.

The Music has been played at 396Hz which is the frequency that corresponds to the Root Chakra.
A second track of the same music is being played at 432Hz. 432Hz is calming, it supports spiritual growth and deepens emotional connections.
Both tracks have been doubled to create a fuller soundscape.

We believe in the healing power of music, meditation and frequencies. We are not medical professionals. You should always do your own research.

We intend to do a Chakra series, we have been wanting to fo this for ourselves for quite some time. I will listen to this every day for 7 days by which time I hope to have to second Chakra video ready to post.
