"Hi, my name is Crystal and I'm going to lead you through this guided meditation for when you fight with your friends or your family. You can sit in a chair or on a cushion with your back straight and comfortable, your hands relaxed Start with your eyes open and take a few deep breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Sometimes we fight with our friends and our family members. about can make us feel sad and angry. When we can't focus on anything else. Let's calm our minds and focus on our breath instead, repeat these words for the person you are. “You have dreams, just like me. You have pain, just like me.” Keep breathing and repeating these words until you find a calm space inside for this person, who is really a lot like you Now continue focusing on your breath and wish yourself happiness, too. It is hard to be kind to others if you are not. Kind to yourself first. Wish happiness for yourself. Wish happiness for the person you are fighting with. Try to offer them the kindness you have found here in this time. back to your body, back to your breath. Begin to roll your shoulders, wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you are ready, open your eyes to the world around you. Great job. You've completed your meditation. Thanks for sitting with me."
