Assembly Elections will be held in the states of Maharashtra & Jharkhand. Other than that, there will be by-elections also in many seats. However, ECI did not announce election date for the assembly seat of Milkipur, Uttar Pradesh. Samajwadi Party's Sitting MP from Faizabad (Ayodhya) seat, Awadesh Prasad, is the former MLA of Milkipur.
