At one of the abandoned gates of Old Changi Hospital, someone has attached a Tibetan prayer flag and placed a solar chanting lotus flower that plays a loop of Buddhist Sutras.

It is believed that this abandoned hospital in Singapore is haunted due to the executions and tortures that occurred here during the Japanese occupation.
