INGRIDIENTS:

∆ Zucchini 3-4 kg
∆ Onion 300 gr
∆ Bell pepper (paprica) 300 gr
∆ Carrot 300 gr.
∆ Parsley100 gr.
∆ Salt 2 tbl. sp
∆ Sugar 4 tbl sp. (100 gr)
∆ Vinegar 9% 50 ml
∆ Oil 80 ml

✅The taste of the salad is perfectly balanced. But if the salt, sugar or vinegar is not enough for you, you can add them little by little according to your taste!
