#paalak is one of the best vegetable..this recipe will be very helpful to you to add excellent taste..I learn this recipe from my law mom...if u don't like more spicy thn reduce the quantity of green chilies... serve with rice roti and ragi ball...

small onion -15

green chilies -8 to 9
