Welcome back to Lodge life! This episode is all about our last few weeks up at the lodge and the process of shutting down... however, I do have more Rivers Inlet content coming soon so be sure to SUBSCRIBE to see my new videos coming out!

Once we start getting into September and our guest season is over, we take a moment to take a deep breath and appreciate what we just accomplished, then we dive right into shutting down for the season. That means that orders get smaller and organization is key to using up what we have and making sure all the food is going to fit in a few chest freezers and a couple small fridges.

There's also a lot of emotions that arise at the end of a long season, we are all nearing our limit of being up here, working everyday, doing the same thing with the same people, over and over again. but we all stayed strong and finished off another season at Good Hope Cannery.
