If we ask more questions as sellers AND buyers, we will have far better results. If a business transaction does not satisfy BOTH parties, then that transaction should be seen as a failure.
Too often I encounter people who have bad experiences of product they have purchased and too often the seller gets all the blame BUT buyers should look at themselves as well and realize the importance of communicating their needs to the sellers as much as sellers need to be inquisitive and ask enough questions to identify the buyers needs.
