Prayer for Discernment

Heavenly Father,
I am lacking wisdom right now
as I do not know what path will lead me
to what you have intended for my life.
I am currently facing a difficult situation
and I need to make a major decision.
I pray for your divine wisdom, knowledge
and understanding.
Let your Holy Spirit guide me
in everything I do so that
I may not go against your word.
Lord, remove fear and doubt from my heart
and help me that I can make the right decision
in line with Your will.
Amen.
