Having a sore wisdom tooth can be debilitating. In most cases, going to the dentist will provide you with the best relief. However, this is not always possible.

In this video, I discuss the ways to reduce wisdom tooth pain at home.

The first thing is to figure out if the pain is from because of a hole in the Tooth or the gum. If the problem is a hole, you can fill the hole with some temporary filling material that you would purchase from the chemist.

If the problem is from the gum, we want to make the gum very clean. This can be difficult however, so the first thing is to get some relief. This can be done with some numbing gel on the gum. The next thing is some medication, like ibuprofen and paracetamol. Next, try an ice pack. Once you have some relief, make sure to clean very well under the gum with your toothbrush or an end tuft brush. You call also try a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash.

Most of the time, the pain will return, but this can help in the meantime!
