Class act.

In a former life, this FJ43 toiled away on a family potato farm and took joyrides through the Andes mountains. For its next act, it will travel to Topeka, Kansas, where our client has a home.

We purchased this FJ43 from a man who was a Toyota distributor for 20 years. The man obviously knew how to care for cars - there was no rust, and it was in remarkable condition.

Our client found this Land Cruiser in our pre-restoration inventory and decided on a Sport model with some custom features. The project began as a frame-off restoration and was finished - to the tune of oohs and aahs.

Versatile Performance

This FJ43 was fitted with a Toyota 1FZ 4.5L engine with programmable fuel injection, 5-speed manual transmission and Old Man Emu suspension. Put that all together, and you get the kind of ride quality and fuel economy you’d expect from a modern 4x4.

Custom Looks

The exterior of the FJ43 was painted in Venetian Blue, a color inspired by a certain 1987 Porsche 911. This color continues into the cabin, where it contrasts beautifully with the saddle vinyl trim. Outside, you’ll find a steel hardtop and four super-tough 33” BF Goodrich tires - perfect for all-terrain, all-weather fun.

Modern Comfort

Sure, you can go without air-conditioning, and your favorite tunes, but why would you want to? Here, modern conveniences are at your disposal - including Vintage Air A/C and a premium sound system with Bluetooth®, so you can let the good times roll.
