Recipe/Ingredients:

Grass jelly:
Package instructions mention mixing 1000 ml/g of water with the 50g package of grass jelly powder. I wanted a firmer consistency and thus used less water (approx. 850 ml/g of water + 60g of cane sugar).

Simple syrup:
60g warm water
30g cane sugar
