Hike Brandywine Meadows in late summer this year. Took the FSR instead of the Grind. Longer way but a gradual incline and spectacular views on the way up and easier on the knees going back down. The meadow is not as stunning as it was mid-summer. The wildflowers already are gone the time we were there. Planning to go back here next year and maybe up to Brandywine Mountain. Brandywine Meadows is best visited in Mid-July when the meadows are in full bloom. Brandywine Meadows is another hike we wanted to go back to.
