Okay, so I kinda have a love/hate relationship with how the things worked out. I hate this, cause she was such a lovely creature and she died. But I love Jatie so deeply, cause they're my beautiful tragic love story. I never expected them to have their happy ending (I wished, but, I knew her death was coming). I was never so prepared for a character's death before, but her goodbye with Quentin and Jake is what destroyed me.
And I understand now, why there won't be season 2. Because Containment was never a show about a deadly virus. It was a show about the people. And once you take the people away, there's no show left. It wouldn't be the same without them, without Jatie, they were the main focus of the story. And it was sad, but it was beautiful.
