The FEC Water Plant job is something of a mystery, a mystic legend never captured on video by any railfan. This footage is the First time this has ever been recorded. FEC 510 (GP38) lead a 1 car train in, and a 1 car train out of the Water plant spur (WASD Preston water treatment plant). I was able to chase it into the plant, and out of the plant. Filmed 1-16-2017 in Hialeah Florida at the Hialeah water plant.
