a great way to stretch your body before of after swimming...
or just to relax and stretch.

In this 11 min session we'll stretch in the pool using the ladder.
You can definitely also do this routine without the ladder. Use the pool ledge or whatever available to you in the pool and that is comfortable to grip and hold as you lean backward.

We'll stretch the whole body: back, chest, hips, legs...
