When I don't know what new build to try out next, I usually return to one that I had a lot of fun with in the past and Messmer build instantly came to mind. This was the 2nd DLC build that I made a video about after launch and after months of trying many others, this is still one of my favourites. Messmer's Spear shines in many different aspects and when combined with Messmer's incantations, you're garuanteed to have a good time. Many players still don't know how to properly roll the spears anime L2s sequence (all you have to do it just keep rolling into it, besides the last slam) and it especially shines in tight emvioremnts, where players panic.
