1. Koi fish : 4 nos
2. Salt : little bit
3. Turmeric powder : little bit
4. half of a medium size onion
5. Green chilli : 2 nos
6. Tomato : 1 nos
Make a paste of the above items. Take a frying pan and add:
7. Mustard oil : Adequate amount
Fry the fish with medium flame. Medium fry. Now add :
8. Black cumin seed: 1/2 tsp
9. Pierced green chilli : 2 nos
Fry them for 1 minute with low flame. Now add the above paste. Cook them with medium flame. Add:
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 tsp
11. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
12. Salt : According to taste
Cook the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes with low to medium flame. Now add:
13. Water : 1/2 cup
Add the fried fish, little sugar and two green chilli. Now let them boil for 3 minutes, open the cover, turn the fishes, again cover and cook for another 2 minutes. Now serve.
