All three versions of Capcom's 90s fighting game 'Street Fighter III' have lots of unique and memorable characters, but for this video, I wanted to see who the worst character is in each version.

We'll be covering New Generation, Second Impact, and Third Strike in this video, and I've done my best to properly word my thoughts and feelings on the characters I nominate as being the 'worst' in their respective games.
