The front bumper on the 4th Gen Toyota 4Runner leaves a lot to be desired. It's got a weird underbite look and there's not a lot of room for improvement in stock form. So we decided to tear the whole thing off and install a DIY bumper on the 4Runner. This bumper comes as a kit from Coastal Offroad (https://www.coastaloffroad.com/) and it made for a fun and easy first fabrication project. I had literally no experience in welding, but with a little preparation and research, we were able to build this plate bumper for the Toyota. I also showcase Harbor Freight's Titanium MIG 140 (https://www.harborfreight.com/mig-140.... I picked up this used welder locally, and it proved to be a great beginner machine.
