"The Tipping Point" by Anthony Howe, 30' high kinetic wind sculpture in stainless steel. One of the things I like about this one is it bends over as the wind increases. Not unlike a blade of grass. Overall this means much less to worry about. Meanwhile the little cartwheels can spin as fast as they want.
