2kg meat
1 tbs salt
2 seasonen beef cubes
1 Onions
(Save the meat sock for later)

To blend
3 cups of Egusi( melon)
3 belpepper
1 cup crafish
1 onion
300ml water to blend
Scotch bonet pepper ( optional)

To fry
1 cup palm oil
1 seasoning cube
Salt to taste
