I have made a physical analysis of the CVT Parts particularly the Pulley, Drive-face, V-Belt, Torque drive, Clutch and Clutch bell, Clutch springs and Center spring. I compared the dimension and weight of the parts from different bands like MTRT, JVT, RRGS, JISO, NCY, SPEEDTUNER as well as the stock Yamaha parts. I have checked the gap when there is a washer is installed in the pulley set. I hope this analysis may help you understand how the CVT works and how to tune it for your optimal ride needs. I am not a professional mechanic and may have made some errors. But I hope this video will be beneficial to anyone who wants additional knowledge on Scooter CVT system.
