I had a lot of people asking me to try out Exeggutor and Venusaur so I thought I'd give it a shot! While in theory it's quite solid because you don't invest much energy in exeggutor and the rest can go on venusaur... it just couldn't perform too well for me! I think lilligant, beedrill, butterfree, and definitely caterpie builds are WAY better. Probably best to not play this take on it unless you've not got the other Venusaur builds!

Also, yeah, we were running 3 exeggutors at some points just for consistency of finding him as a frontline ASAP! The non EXs were nice because they were tanky and only give 1 point if they die, but honestly... dropping the egg lines and putting in Kang might be better than this.
