Welcome to this 15-minute guided meditation centered on Asteya, one of the five Yamas from the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Asteya, which means non-stealing, teaches us to look at unconventional ways we may "steal" from ourselves and others, beyond classic theft.
Through this meditation, we’ll take time for introspection and how we can cultivate a mindset of abundance, gratitude, and contentment in so many areas of life.
