Pollardstown Fen Nature Reserve is a 220 hectare calcareous sping-fed fen, one of the largest in Ireland. It is recognised as an internationally important fen ecosystem with unique and endangered flora.

It has one of the beautiful walks in Kildare county, which we took advantage on our visit. You can reach this nature park on the northern margin of the Curragh, approximately 3km from Newbridge, County Kildare.
