Hi! Welcome back to my channel!😀😀😀
Today I have a perfect Pilates routine to start or end your day.
You can do this workout by itself, to release any tension and free your mind, or you can combine it with a more intense Pilates Routine.
We'll do gentle and slow movements to get some calming energy move through our bodies.
Feel free to slow down or take a break if you feel the need to. Always listen to your body.

The Pilates method is designed to strengthen all the muscles in the body, with a special focus on the "core" (abdominal muscles and the erectors of the spine).
Every workout is structured to move the whole body, to gain strength and flexibility, to increase concentration and improve awareness of the body.
Practicing Pilates regularly improves the posture and gives you an incredibile and pleasurable feeling of weel-being.
Practice when you feel in good health and consult your physician before beginning any form of exercise.
