I’m unfamiliar with both these gentlemen but I remember watching a video of Chris Williamson training with Dr Mike…the session lacked enthusiasm and horsepower but I assume that’s cuz Chris was open to all training technique feedback. So to give it a fair shake, I wanted to see how Chris trained when Dr Mike wasn’t there.
