- pepper to taste
- 2 cans of Italian tuna in olive oil
- 6 -8 baby carrots
- 2 stalks of celery including the green
- 1/2 a small red onion
- the juice of one whole lemon
- 1 can of cannellini beans
- you can add extra virgin olive oil if you want !
